Hello! We are a small business that uses the made to order business model. That being said, we hold no inventory! We do this to keep costs low, and quality high. 

With this process, we are UNABLE to accept Returns or Exchanges! So please make sure to double check the size and description of the product before ordering. 

However, if your product comes with a print defect or any damage, we will offer you a replacement or a refund! And you can keep the item you ordered.
